Fulfillment & Policies
The following policies apply to Direct Web Subscriptions (e.g., Sponder) billed directly by Haha Moment LLC. Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the refund policies of their respective stores.
Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day "no questions asked" refund for new web subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please email help@hahamoment.dev to request a full refund.
Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time via the user dashboard of the respective product. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which no further charges will be made.
